Enable Camera Access in Browser

If you see, “an unexpected error occurred,” it might mean you have to enable camera and audio permissions in your browser.

Open Chrome Settings

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Click the Settings Icon on the navigation bar.
   
   
   

3. Select Site Settings.
   
   
   

4. Click the Camera dropdown and select Allow.
