Your subscriber chat is your space to connect with your subscribers. You can help keep the conversation on track by managing members, removing users, deleting messages, reporting content, or blocking users when needed.
Here’s how each option works:
View your subscriber chat members
The Members page lets you see who is currently in your subscriber chat.
- Open your subscriber chat.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap Members.
You’ll now see a list of members in your subscriber chat.
Add a moderator
Moderators can help you manage your subscriber chat.
- Open your subscriber chat.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap Members.
- Find the user you want to add as a moderator.
- Tap the three dots next to their name.
- Tap Add as moderator.
The user has now been added as a moderator.
Remove a member from your subscriber chat
Removing a member takes them out of your subscriber chat.
- Open your subscriber chat.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap Members.
- Find the user you want to remove.
- Tap the three dots next to their name.
- Tap Remove from group.
The user has now been removed from your subscriber chat.
Delete a message
Deleting a message removes it from your subscriber chat.
- Press and hold the message you want to delete.
- Tap Delete.
The message has now been deleted.
Report or block a user
If someone is breaking the rules or making you uncomfortable, you can report or block them directly from your subscriber chat.
- Press and hold the user’s message.
- Tap Report to send the message to our team for review.
- Tap Block if you no longer want the user to interact with you.
You can use these tools whenever you need to help keep your subscriber chat safe.
