This guide is for Agency Creators: those partnered with an approved agency, and covers how the program works, from earnings and policies to collaboration and growth tips.

At Favorited, we’re committed to helping creators thrive through strong agency partnerships that support emerging talent and authentic communities.

1. Agency Roles & Definitions

• Agency Partner: An agency that participates in the Agency Program.

• Agency Creator: A creator who belongs to an agency participating in the program.

Regardless of your role, the program is designed to foster collaboration, growth, and opportunities for both partners and creators alike.

2. Program Overview

What is the Favorited Agency Program?

The Favorited Agency Program connects creators with approved agencies that offer guidance, mentorship, and community support. As an Agency Creator, you’re part of a team that helps you grow your audience, refine your content strategy, and reach new opportunities on Favorited.

Agencies work directly with Favorited to provide structure and resources for their creators — helping creators focus on what matters most: creating authentic, engaging content and building meaningful connections with their community.

3. Earnings 

Do agencies take a cut of my earnings?

Creators, regardless of agency status, earn their full share of the total gift value they earn on Favorited. Favorited’s platform share supports tools, programs, and the Agency Program. Agencies are paid from Favorited’s platform share — never from a creator’s share.

4. Joining, Leaving & Switching

Who can join an agency?

• Creators invited by an Agency Partner who have not yet reached streamer verification level one.

Can I be in more than one agency?

• Only one at a time! 
  Note: Switching requires leaving + 30-day cooldown.

Added to an agency by mistake?

• Agency memberships must be accepted manually in the app. If you’ve accepted an invite unintentionally, submit a release request via the Agencies & Partnership Form; we’ll coordinate with the agency and remove you from their roster.

How can I leave my agency?

To leave your agency, within the Favorited app, tap profile → settings → my agency → leave agency. From there, follow the instructions on screen.

Note: the Agency section only appears if you are actively in an agency. 

Before you switch agencies...

• After leaving an agency, you’ll need to wait 30 days before joining a new one. This cool-down period helps keep things fair and stable for all partnerships. Once it ends, you can accept a new agency invitation.

Note: If you’re below Level 1 Streamer Verification, you can join an agency right away. If you’re Level 1 or higher, you’ll need to go through a special recruitment process depending on the agency’s performance.

5. Program Policies and Standards

Partner Responsibilities

Agency Partners must uphold Favorited’s community standards, communicate transparently with creators, and support emerging talent while modeling professionalism, inclusivity, and positive engagement.

Program Compliance

Favorited reviews agency performance to ensure standards are met. Agencies that engage in misconduct, misrepresentation, or fail to support creators may face review, suspension, or removal.

Reporting Misconduct

If an agency or representative violates guidelines, misrepresents opportunities, withholds promised support, or engages in unethical behavior, you can report it through the Agencies & Partnership Form. Favorited reviews all reports and takes action to keep the program fair and supportive for all creators.
