How Do I Report a User?

If you encounter any content that violates our Community Guidelines, we strongly encourage you to report it.

We deeply value everyone who is part of our favorited community and are committed to creating a safer space for all. To achieve this, we greatly appreciate those who take the time to report behaviors that violate our Community Guidelines, including issues like underage users or harassing messages.

Reporting a user is completely anonymous—your identity will never be revealed to the reported party. There are several ways to report a stream, user, or battle guest. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Report a User

1. Click Report in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Provide all relevant information about the incident that violates our guidelines in the text box.

3. Tap Report Stream. Our Trust & Safety team will handle the report from here.

Report a Guest in Boxes

1. Tap the user’s box who committed the guideline violation.

2. Click on their username to open a pop-up screen.

3. Click the flag icon next to their username.

4. Fill out the text box with details about why you are reporting the user and what they did.

5. Click Report User. Our Trust & Safety team will review the report and take appropriate action, if necessary.

Report a Battle Guest

1. Click on the guest’s username.

2. Open the pop-up screen and click the flag icon next to their username.

3. Fill out the text box with details about the violation and the user’s behavior.

4. Click Report User. Our Trust & Safety team will review the report and take appropriate action.
