What is favorited?

Favorited is a mobile live-streaming app designed to enhance interactivity between streamers and their audiences. It includes a unique interactive game layer and built-in features that make the audience an active part of the live-streaming experience, allowing viewers to engage directly with streamers in real time.

Do you have a discord server?

Yes! We invite all users to join our community on Discord. Your feedback and insights help us continually improve the favorited experience for everyone.

How can I get into favorited if I lost or changed my phone number?

If you lost or changed your phone number, please contact the favorited support team, and we would be happy to help you log back into your account.

Why am I seeing an initialization error when logging in?

The initialization error occurs when your internet connection is unstable. Please ensure the app has a strong internet connection or switch to a different network.

Can I direct message someone?

No, at this time you cannot direct message someone.

How do I know if someone is a moderator?

In your live stream, moderators have this symbol after their name User profile icon representing a generic user in a digital interface.

How can I become a moderator?

The only way to be a moderator is if the streamer selects to you to moderate their stream.

How do I get into favorited studio?

Favorited Studio is currently in closed beta. To join the waitlist, please visit https://favorited.com/studio

Why can’t I enter a referral code?

Once you sign up using a referral code, the Enter code icon disappears.  


Accounts and Payment

How do I initiate a payout?

To initiate a payout, your balance must be at least 5,000 coins. Once you meet this requirement, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Profile and select Settings.

  2. Navigate to Manage Balance and tap Withdraw.
    Note: For your first withdrawal, tapping Withdraw directs you to a Stripe page, where you’ll be prompted to enter your personal and banking details.

How long does it take for a payout to reach my account?

Users can initiate a payout at any time. Once requested, payouts are processed through Stripe and typically take 5-7 business days for domestic transactions. International payouts may take longer to complete.

How do I update my payout information?

To edit your withdrawal account details, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile and tap Settings.

  2. Tap on Manage Balance.

  3. Under your existing withdrawal account, tap Edit Accounts.

  4. Enter your updated information and Save changes.

Why is my account suspended?

Your account could be suspended for violating one of our Community Guidelines. We encourage you to take a look to ensure you are following. If you believe this to be a mistake, please contact our support team.  

How long does a suspension last?

That depends on the severity and frequency of the offense. Some suspensions can last a day and some can last weeks.

How can I report a bug?

To report a bug, please contact our support team.

Why am I not getting notifications?

One reason you’re not getting notifications is because you need to allow favorited permissions from your device.

How do I get verified on your platform?

You can submit your request in-app by going to the Profile tab and tapping ‘Verification’

Why hasn’t my verification level changed?

The next level of verification can sometimes take up to 48 hours to change. For more information, please contact support.

How can I report someone that is harassing me?

To report an issue, please fill out this form. Include your Favorited username, the username of the account in question, and a detailed description of the issue. Attach screenshots if possible to help us address your concern quickly.

How can I submit a data subject access request (DSAR)?

To request access to, correct, or delete your personal data, you can submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). Please visit our DSAR form where you'll be guided to provide the necessary details to process your request.
