When a user reports behavior to us or contacts us regarding an enforcement action, we carefully review the content, considering all aspects of the incident related to the possible violation.

Enforcements

According to our community guidelines, our moderation team thoroughly reviews all reported violations, considering factors such as context and intent.

Violations can occur across various areas of our platform, including profile pictures, chats, livestreams, and coin fraud. When your account is reported, we carefully investigate the events during the relevant timeframe.

Enforcement actions are determined based on the severity of the violation and the user’s history of prior infractions.

Appeals

We understand that mistakes can happen—we’re all human. While we enforce account actions to ensure your safety and that of others on the platform, we also aim to help users better understand our Community Guidelines (although we highly recommend taking a few minutes to review the guidelines yourself)
