If you've lost your Streak, Favorited offers courtesy Streak recoveries to help eligible users restore their progress.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a courtesy Streak recovery, all three requirements must be met:
- Recent Activity: Your Streak must have been lost within 14 days of your last login.
- Request Window: You must request a recovery within 30 days of losing your Streak.
- Previous Recoveries: You must not have received a courtesy Streak recovery within the previous 90 days.
How to Request a Streak Recovery
If you meet the eligibility requirements, contact Favorited Support to request a courtesy Streak recovery.
Our team will review your account and confirm whether your Streak qualifies for restoration.
How Often Can I Recover My Streak?
Courtesy Streak recoveries are limited to one every 90 days, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.
If you've already received a recovery within the past 90 days, you'll need to wait until that period has passed before becoming eligible for another courtesy recovery.
Please remember that the other eligibility requirements still apply.
After Your Streak Is Restored
Once your recovery is complete, you may need to refresh your profile to see the updated Streak.
To refresh, open your profile and pull down on the screen.
