Having trouble with web reload receipts, or need to update your receipt email? Here's how to get sorted.
Not receiving receipts for web reloads
- Check your inbox and junk/spam folder for any existing receipt emails.
- If you still can't find them, contact support with the email address where you'd like to receive receipts going forward.
Changing your receipt email
- Contact support with both your old and new email addresses.
Heads up: Starting in 2026, our support team will no longer be able to look up or provide details about past reloads. Please save your receipts for your own records.
