What is Favorited?
Favorited is a mobile live-streaming app built for interaction. We add a unique, game-like layer on top of live streams so viewers don’t just watch — they participate, engage, and become part of the moment in real time.
Do you have a Discord server?
Yes! 🎉 We’d love to have you. Our Discord is where the community hangs out, shares feedback, and helps shape what Favorited becomes next.
How can I get back into Favorited if I lost or changed my phone number?
No stress — our Support Team can help. Reach out to Favorited Support and we’ll guide you through getting back into your account.
Why am I seeing an initialization error when logging in?
This usually happens when your internet connection is unstable. Try switching networks or making sure you’re on a strong connection, then try again.
Can I direct message someone?
Yes! Tap the Inbox icon to start messaging with other creators!
How do I know if someone is a moderator?
In your livestream chat, moderators have a special symbol next to their username so they’re easy to spot.
How can I become a moderator?
Moderators are selected directly by the streamer. If they trust you to help run the chat, they’ll give you the keys.
How do I get access to Favorited Studio?
Favorited Studio is currently in closed beta. You can join the waitlist here.
Why can’t I enter a referral code?
Once you sign up using a referral code, the Enter Code option disappears — that bonus has already been applied!
Accounts & Payments
How do I start a payout?
You can request a payout once your Earned Balance reaches 5,000 coins.
Steps:
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Tap Manage Balance
- Tap Withdraw
First-time payout? You’ll be redirected to Stripe to enter your personal and banking details.

How long does a payout take?
- Domestic payouts: Usually 5–7 business days
- International payouts: May take a bit longer
All payouts are processed through Stripe.
How do I update my payout information?
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Tap Manage Balance
- Tap Edit Accounts
- Update your info and Save changes
Why is my account suspended?
Suspensions depend on the severity and frequency of guideline violations. Some last a day, others may last longer.
Why did Apple charge me when I didn’t make a purchase?
Apple sometimes processes charges later than expected. Check the charge details — Apple usually includes the original purchase date. If anything still looks off, reach out to Support and we’ll help.

How do I report a bug?
If something isn’t working right, contact our Support Team and let us know what’s going on.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Most often, notifications are off at the device level. Make sure Favorited notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings.
How does verification work?
As you spend more time on Favorited, your verification level increases, unlocking new features and benefits.
You can check your level by going to Profile > Verification.
Why hasn’t my verification level updated?
Verification updates can sometimes take up to 48 hours. If it’s been longer than that, reach out to Support and we’ll take a look.
How do I report harassment?
If someone is harassing you, please fill out our report form with:
- Your username
- The other user’s username
- A clear description of what happened

How do I submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)?
To access, correct, or delete your personal data, you can submit a DSAR right in the app:
- Go to Profile
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Data Subject Access Request
Follow the prompts to submit your request, and we’ll take it from there.

Why am I on a waitlist?
If you’re located in Kenya, Ghana, or the Dominican Republic, you can download Favorited but will be placed on a waitlist until launch in your region.
